W Riyadh – KAFD Grand Opening: ALEC FITOUT & SAUDICO Deliver Saudi Arabia’s First W Hotel

We celebrate the official opening of W Riyadh - KAFD, the first W Hotel in the Kingdom, a landmark hospitality destination bringing a bold new energy to the capital.In collaboration with Saudi Constructioneers Ltd. (SAUDICO), ALEC FITOUT contributed to the successful delivery of this iconic project as Design and Build contractor. The scope covered architectural design and engineering, Fire Life Safety, MEP, structural works, lighting, acoustics and security systems, in addition to close coordination with LW Design for interior design and Forsite Creative for F&B design.Now open and operated by Marriott International, W Riyadh – KAFD features 210 rooms and suites, seven restaurants and lounges, and vibrant social spaces, setting a new benchmark for contemporary luxury.This milestone reflects a fully integrated delivery approach, from design through completion, including complex systems integration, high-end fit-out works, IT and AV, and specialist installations such as spa and kitchen facilities.Congratulations to all partners involved in bringing this destination to life.
