The elegant design is a modern interpretation of the traditional Dhow. This extreme fast-track design-build project used a non-traditional approach with integrated design, procurement, and build executed in parallel. As a design and build contractor, the ALEC FITOUT scope included all civil and structural works, MEP, and façade and luxury fit-out. In addition, we coordinated the fit-out of an immersive exhibition.
