Design & Build renovation of the Addis Ababa Civic Administration & Mayor Office compound including all civic offices and meeting rooms, cabinet meeting room, Theatre, Library, Conference & Banqueting Facilities. Scope of works included design, demolition works, structural strenghtening, all architectural fit out and FF&E as well as MEP, security, access control, AV/IT and fire life and safety upgrade.
